To inaugurate the recipe section we have made Scones. They are single rolls typical in UK but from Scotland. Perfect for the breakfast and tea time, and also they are delicous, easy to make and you can eat them with whatever you want.
INGREDIENTS
250g flour
50g sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 big egg
60g butter
3-4 tablespoon os vainilla extract
125 ml milk
PREPARATION
First mix all the ingredients in a bowl, with the sifted flour. Then floured a table and knead the dough until it is a heterogeneous ball and doesn't stick. With a rolling pin we knead again the dough so that it is at a thickness of about 2 cm and do circles with a glass or a preferred shape. We put them in the oven with baking paper to prevent sticking. 200 ° about 15-20 min.
Carefully take them out and put them on a plate and let cool another 5 min and ready. We can coat them with chocolate, jam, butter ... hope you like them.
Para inaugurar la sección de recetas hemos hecho Scones. Son unos panecillos individuales típicos de Reino Unido pero originarios de Escocia. Perfectos a la hora de desayunar y merendar, además están deliciosos son fáciles de hacer y puedes untarlos con lo que quieras.
INGREDIENTES
250 grs harina
50 grs azúcar
Una cucharada de levadura
1 huevo grande
60 grs mantequilla
3-4 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla
125 ml de leche
PREPARACIÓN
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes en un bol, con la harina tamizada. Luego enharinamos una mesa y amasamos la masa hasta que quede una bola heterogénea y que no se pegue. Con un rodillo volvemos a amasar la masa para que quede con un grosor de unos 2cm y hacemos círculos con un vaso o la forma a preferir. Los ponemos en el horno con papel de hornear para que no se pegue. 200° unos 15-20 min.
Los sacamos con cuidado y los ponemos en un plato y dejamos otros 5 min enfriar y listo. Podemos untarlos con chocolate, mermelada, mantequilla... Esperemos que os gusten.
